Packages, process, and everything you need to know before your session.
I'm Francheska Garcia de Quevedo — Brand Director and founder of Wolf Media Studio here in Orlando. For twenty-five years I've helped entrepreneurs and small business owners turn what they do into something people can actually see.
I don't just take the picture. I direct it. Before we shoot, we talk about who you serve, what you sell, and where these images are going — so you leave with photos your marketing is actually missing, not another folder you never open.
Travel advisors, mortgage and real estate pros, doctors, beauty educators, coaches, founders. Most of them told me they hate being photographed. Most of them changed their mind by the end of the session.
Three ways in, depending on how much of your business you want on camera. Every one of them is directed — you will not be left standing there wondering what to do.
You're already in front of the camera, the lights are already up. This is the cheapest your next year of content will ever be.
Your entrance, your lobby, your reception area, your offices. 20 photos of the place your clients walk into — for your website and your Google Business Profile. Less than half what this costs as its own session, because I'm already there with the lights up.
Your business partner, your assistant, whoever else is on the About page. 3 finished headshots each, one outfit, about 15 minutes per person — added to your session day, wherever we're shooting. Same light, same look. Up to 3 people; five or more, see Team Days.
Your office, your chair, your storefront. Added to the Headshot or Signature Session — already included in the Brand Package.
I come to your office. Everyone gets 3 finished headshots on the same backdrop and the same lighting, plus one group photo of the whole team. Half a day, up to 6 people — each additional person $99, up to 16.
Your $50 booking fee holds your date and covers this call — about your business, who you're trying to reach, and where these photos are going. Website, LinkedIn, Instagram, a media kit, all of it.
Outfits, backgrounds, props, and the specific images your marketing is missing. You'll know exactly what to bring before you walk in.
I direct you from the first frame to the last. Where to look, what to do with your hands, how to stand. You will never be left guessing.
I send a private gallery. You pick the images you love, and those are the ones I retouch.
Your gallery lands in 3 to 5 business days, depending on your package. High-resolution files for print, plus web and social sizes, ready to post the day you get them.
The best sessions are the ones we planned for. Here's everything I tell my clients before they walk through the door.
Three outfits minimum for a lifestyle session, and pack a couple of extras. We decide together on the day.
Small busy patterns fight the camera and date your photos fast. Solids and simple textures always hold up.
If your ideal client wears the blazer, wear the blazer. These photos should look like the level you're moving toward.
Laptop, product, signage, tools of your trade. These are the shots you'll reuse all year long.
Wrinkles are the one thing retouching can't quietly fix. Hang everything, don't fold it into a bag.
The camera flattens everything. A little more definition than your everyday look reads as natural on screen.
Nails, rings, watch, shoes. The small details are the ones people notice.
It shows in your eyes and your skin, and no amount of retouching replaces it.
Send me a playlist. Comfortable people photograph far better than perfect people.
The photos that book you work are the ones that look like you on your best day — not a stranger.
Most of my clients walk in saying they hate having their picture taken. Nearly all of it comes down to direction — knowing where to look, what to do with your hands, when to breathe. That part is my job. You just have to show up.
Tell me what you're building and where you want these photos to take you. I'll take it from there.
